- Production of monolithic and sandwich components in GRP/CFRP construction. Processes: Hand laminate (optionally with vacuum presses) and vacuum infusion
- Delivery of components with CofC by M&D Composites possible. If a mould 1 is required, production is carried out by M&D Flugzeugbau
- Production according to the customer's process specification
- Series production up to prototype construction (from quantity 1) is possible
- Prototypes of a DO development project can be built at M&D Flugzeugbau by DO-PO Agreement. If not available, the M&D Flugzeugbau process specifications can be used per DO-DO agreement.
- Cowling for an UL aircraft (performed by the MDC)
- Hubcaps for a UL portable wrench (carried out by MDC)
- Bellypod radome in GRP sandwich construction (realised by MDF)
- Ailerons and engine air intakes (performed by the MDF)
